Management
The Dolma Phodrang Foundation is a public trust, managed by a board of trustees. The trustees who serve the Foundation will not be entitled to receive any renumeration for their services, shall have the absolute management of all affairs, activities and business of the Foundation as summarised below:
– Decision and utilization of the trust funds
– Investment and management of the Corpus and trust income
– Appointment of committees or subcommittees to manage the affairs, activities, projects and business of the trust.
– Acquisition, transfer and management of property and assets
The financial year of the Foundation is 1 April to 31 March of the following year and the accounts of the Trust shall be audited annually by a Chartered Accountant appointed by the Board of Trustees.
